Fit Consultation: If you find that the fit isn't perfect, no worries! Contact us for a personal fit consultation before sending the item back to ensure you get the right size.
Don't Waste, Donate: We implore our customers to think green. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, consider donating it to a charity rather than sending it back to us. Donations not only help reduce environmental waste but also contribute to a noble cause.

Exchange and Refunds
If you're not content with your initial order, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement item to you, free of charge, based on your feedback. Make sure all items you're returning are in their original, undamaged condition. Bear in mind that shipping fees from your original order aren't eligible for a refund.
Special Return Conditions
For orders consisting of 5 bras or fewer, we offer a 7-day refund policy without the need for a return. However, for orders of more than 5 bras, should you wish to return and get a refund, all return shipping and associated costs will be borne by the customer. Details of these costs will be communicated via email. We discourage customers from maliciously splitting their orders to take advantage of the 7-day refund without return policy. Moreover, all returned products must have their original tags attached. We only accept unworn bras with the original tags and stickers, packed in the unopened original plastic bag. We will refund the total amount paid by the customer within 15 days of receiving the returned products.
